COMMUNITY

Growing a community built on mutual support, reciprocity and sharing the commons.  Building a resilient and regenerative community with a shared vision for the future.

Regenerative agriculture is a farming and land management approach that focuses on restoring and enhancing the health of ecosystems, soil, and biodiversity. Unlike conventional agriculture, which often prioritises short-term yields and can deplete soil and resources, regenerative agriculture aims to create a sustainable and resilient system. Fundamental principles include Soil Health, Biodiversity, Holistic Management, Minimising Soil Disturbance and Integrating Livestock.

WHAT IS A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE?

Social Enterprises are like other businesses, but exist specifically to make the world a better place.  There are over 12,000 social enterprises in Australia making a difference by caring for the environment, providing services for the vulnerable, helping people access decent work and lead in community-lead innovation.  These amazing enterprises are creating over 200,000 jobs and making an economic impact to the value of $21 billion per year.
